Terms Of Service

Use The Jimmyinator at your own discretion.

Last updated June 13, 2026.

Service purpose

The Jimmyinator is a small encryption utility that turns text into Jimmy-looking lookup text and decodes it through same-origin encrypted storage.

No guarantee

The service is provided as is. Availability, retention, decode success, delivery, security properties, and stored data survival are not guaranteed.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for the content you encode, the passwords you choose, and the people you share Jimmy messages with. Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, harmful, or rights-violating activity.

Password loss

Passwords are not recoverable by the service. If you lose the password or local profile needed for a message, the encrypted message may be impossible to decode.

Limits and removal

Messages may expire, self-destruct, be deleted, or become unavailable because of retention limits, operational changes, abuse prevention, storage failures, or platform limits.

Changes

These terms and the service may change over time. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Contact and abuse

For removal, abuse, or service questions, use the contact channel published with the jimmyinator.weezer.blue site or the repository owner for this deployment.
